You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day period, providing your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), we will arrange a suitable method for refund.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must request it within 7 days of delivery.
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, or limited-time offers. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
